Who Are We?

Established in May 2003, Human Capital Asia, Inc. is a Philippine-based resources and organizational effectiveness outsourcing, training and consulting firm with global perspectives and local knowledge.

We provide:

HR outsourcing to free HR managers and staff from administrative work that may be time-consuming and cumbersome but are nonetheless important in maintaining the workforce. This way, they will be able to spend more time doing strategic work and provide relevant and timely advice to their own line managers.

Public seminars and in-house training that will enable line managers to have a systems perspective and upgrade their competencies to a strategic level; and,

Consulting services in strategic management, organizational development and human resources management to help our client organizations align their strategic plans, policies, and practices and thus achieve their organization’s objectives.

By doing this, we enable companies to transform their human resource function, and bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be in the future.

Our management team has more than 50 years of combined experience in organization development, human resource management, HR information sytem implementation, and employee services.

We also have a pool of competent and experienced advisors and consultants who are specialists in organization development, change management, human reource management, training, executive search, labor relations, taxation, communications and information technology.
